feat: tissue type filter

Reason for Change

• Update filter view model to handle Schema 4.0.0 tissue_type  #6183

Changes

• Converted Schema 4.0.0 tissue_type to "tissue (tissue type)" format to maintain existing filter functionality.

Testing steps

• Tested locally and in rdev.
