fix: unescape CrossRef journal

Reason for Change

• &amp should be detected in crossref responses and translated to &  #6268

Changes

• Added unescape to journal value returned from CrossRef.

Testing steps

• Tested in rdev (collection list, collection detail page).
• Added unit test.
