another Windows aero snap keyboard shortcut
Windows aero snap is very comfortable feature to organize multiple windows. But behavior is based on only left/right half of screen.
- For more wide display, we can use one or two third of screen.
- For portrait mode, we should use upper/lower screen.
- Use win+arrow to put window in that direction.
- Repeat to use to adjust window size: half, 1/3, 2/3
- Use trayicon to Quit
