This commit fixes a bug where the lib was binding to a nonexistent nfq_setqueuelen in the lib netfilter_queue which resultet in a linker error uppon compilation. the respective method of the Queue struct changes its name accordingly.

fixing what appears as being a typo in the ffi bindings along with a method name to enable compilation.
