So this PR upgrades from Dancer to Dancer2 - because it's a Good Thing to do - and I can.
Apart from changing Dancer to Dancer2, there was a minor change to the config file and t/002_index_route.t had to be re-written to use Plack::Test.
This PR incorporates the previous 3.
