Improved Command Line UI

Use typer as CLI framework

Update scraping procedure to adjust to website changes

mangareader.to now ask for cookie consent when first visiting it, so Selenum web driver need to add another action chain to click to that button before scraping

More stable and intuitive version

1. Manga url is now retrieved from standard input instead of command line argument.
2. Handle exceptions incurred by invalid url input, print relevant error message, and let user input url again.

Minimal viable product version

User need to copy the url of the manga chapter/volume they want to download, and paste it as the argument to download.
