THIS RELEASE WAS AN ACCIDENT!
The artifact exists on Sonatype and I cannot remove it. I have created these release notes to direct people who are wondering about this artifact, it is the same artifact as v0.15.0, which should be used instead.
You may also want to exclude this version from Scala Steward.
