A website created with CSS, HTML where a user can play a game of TIC-TAC-TOE against computer or friend.

Homepage	User accesses one of our Repository's	TIC-TAC-TOE html.
Main Menu	TIC-TAC-TOE player add or computer play	Start Game
Program gathers user input	User Input: "Player Name"	Output: "Game start"
Program Starts Game with computer	Input: "TIC-TAC-TOE grid"	Output: "X goes first"
Program switches turn to computer or player	Input: "O continues turn"	Output: "X's second turn"
Program continues until game is won or tied	Input: "XXX"	Page Displays: You Win Congratulations "player 1/2"

Setup/Installation Requirements

1. To run this program, you must find it on one of our Repository's and clone it to your computer.
2. Run program in chrome or best internet provider.
3. Decide on computer AI play or vs. human player
4. if AI play chosen, player starts first as "X" then AI turn "O". if human player, player 1 goes first as "X" player 2 then goes as "O"
5. Then enjoy full game and tell us how it goes. Tie/Win/Lose its up to you.
