클러스터 생성이나 노드그룹 추가시 클러스터의 노드 이미지 이름을 blank하는 것을 허용하고 blank나 default로 설정시 "Ubuntu Server 22" 이미지를 기본값으로 선택하도록 변경합니다.
사용자가 선택한 노드 이미지가 container용이 아니면 가용한 이미지 정보를 에러로 리턴합니다.
