What's Changed

  • Permits CPU reservation for deployed VMs using the vcenter.cpu_reserve_full_mhz setting. This setting is off by default.
  • Adds CPI plugin system, hook points, supporting libraries. This feature is off by default and requires use of BOSH CLI version v7.8.0 or later. In other words: if you do not use this new feature, you do not need to use BOSH CLI version v7.8.0 or later.
