About the pull request
WIP. Reworks USS Rover, making it more flavorful and detailed like the modern Golden Arrow.
Explain why it's good for the game
Old Rover was getting a bit dilapidated and dated compared to the Garrow. This PR aims to resolve that by giving all the Rover areas a fresh coat of paint.
Also adds a vertical segmented variant of the tactical map table that the Rover needed.
