This document summarizes various group identity considerations including name, logos, websites, etc...

Group Name

Currently: Accountable Systems Lab (ASL)

  • Bad: ASL is an existing acronym for "age/sex/location" .
  • Bad: Not well pronounceable.

Logo

  • Logo to be placed on website and related, stickers (for back of laptop), tshirts, hoodies and other swag.

Goals

  • Memorable

  • Stand out when around other logos

  • Suggest group's area of focus

  • Start conversations (some vagueness can help)
