MRS voxel auto placement

Prescribing an MRS voxel in the subject's space during active scanning session using either:

1. the coordinate of an ROI in the template space e.g. MNI,
2. the coordinate of an MRS voxel of a previous scanning session of the same subject.

Dependencies include SPM12 and FSL's BET.
