Cordova (Phonegap) plugin for the Cobweb-QA library
The aim of this plugin is to allow cordova mobile apps to use the COBWEB Quality Assurance algorithms provided by the cobweb-qa library
Initial work focuses on the Laplace Blur and Line of Sight algorithm.
