Description:
This PR introduces a responsive Register (Sign Up) page built using React and Tailwind CSS.
Key highlights:
• 📷 Left Visual Panel with a styled image and motivational caption
• 📝 Form Fields: Username, Email, and Password with basic validation
• 🎨 Modern and clean UI layout using Tailwind classes
• 📱 Fully responsive for mobile and desktop devices
• ❗ Basic form submission handling using useState and onSubmit logic
Fixes issue #51
