Overview
Added Flag to Mods context menu command, which allows safely and privately reporting a message that is breaking the server's rules.
When reported, the bot will automatically send the message content (truncated to 100 characters) and relevant information (including message link, author and the person reporting it), and will display two options for the moderators:
