Fixes # .

BSC related changes.

  1. Add currency parameter to FeeOps method. This is required for BSC since native token for BSC is BNB, not ETH
  2. Ingest improvements for PopulatedTransaction so that we could drop token filter for BSC
  3. Didn't ingest EIP-1559 change for fast iteration.

Open questions

  1. Need to be merged with master
