Motivation
Package op-geth currently depends on go-ethereum v1.13.8, while this repo was updated to v1.13.14 via last PR. There is some data type consistency and it causes packages depending on both of them fail to build.
Solution
Downgrade go-ethereum's version to make sure data types are consistent.
