Introduces --in-place and a few minor cleanup changes.

V2.3 Public Release

This adds several minor commands to confcrypt's api, as well as fixes up a few small bugs:

• Document the --type option to indicate allowed values.
• Display the help text by default if confcrypt is called without arguments
• Print pretty error messages rather than the erroneous double-quoted messages
• Add a version command
• Add the --format option to get and read

First "Official" Release

This is the first public release. AWS and local RSA keys are supported.
