These files were accidentally removed during cleanup but should be present in this PR branch as they are the primary content of PR #623. Restored complete Requisition List dropin: 14 files
- Add B2B Requisition List - Add B2B Requisition List View Fixes starlight-sidebar-topics plugin error requiring all pages to be in sidebar
- Add proper container descriptions from enrichment file - Replace '*Enrichment needed*' placeholders with actual descriptions - All 5 containers now have descriptive summaries in overview
These files are now in a dedicated branch for review: - Root-level workflow documentation - Enrichment guide files This reduces noise in dropin-specific PRs.
- Add Diagram import to all block documentation files - Insert placeholder.webp image after intro paragraphs - Enables reviewers to add actual block diagrams - Follows pattern from commerce-b2b-po-approval-flow.mdx

Purpose of this pull request
This PR adds merchant documentation for 2 Requisition List B2B blocks (Requisition List and Requisition List View). All documentation was generated from the boilerplate b2b-suite-release1 branch with configurations extracted from source code and README files, enhanced property descriptions with contextual WHEN/WHY guidance, and Important Notes sections covering prerequisites and warnings.
