What type of change is this?

this one replaces

  • compas.geometry.allclose by compas.tolerance.TOL.is_allclose
  • compas.geometry.close by compas.tolerance.TOL.is_close

and removes all unnecessary tolerance setting overwrites.
all tests are now run with the same precision, where possible...
