These documents are designed to be a reference for lab members and collaborators. It's also part of an induction process when people join the lab. They outline our practices, core principles, ethics, and expectations.
The manual is a living document: lab members are encouraged to submit fixes and improvements to it.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The first thing you should do is familiarize yourself with the lab Code of Conduct, which applies to lab members and collaborators, both within and without the lab.
- Our practices and principles: How we approach open-science. Read this if you're considering working with us.
- Expectations of lab members and how we work: Day-to-day lab procedures, communication, heath and well-being, etc.
- Useful software and resources: Crowd-sourced list of useful tools.
- Setting up your computer: Configuring your computer to work on Python software tools.
The manual is available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
