Package that contains the official ConcreteCMS Theme.
If you want to contribute this package just download Vagrant and run the following command.
vagrant up
After running this command you can open your browser at
http://localhost:8080
Changes within the concrete_cms_theme directory will be affected imminently to the vagrant container.
