Description
This PR adds PPC32 BE support to rattler. It goes hand-in-hand with the micromamba PR: mamba-org/mamba#3707
Both rattler and rattler-build are verified to build and run on the Nintendo Wii U using the latest rust build (1.84.0).
Just a note: PPC32 BE builds should still run on ppc64 and ppc64le (in big endian mode), but I do not have any ppc64 devices to test with.
