This PR includes the following updates related to the prefill forms consent project and some recent API changes:

  • Updated how we retrieve the prefill forms information from the new attribute. We previously read the data from preferences.prefill_forms and the new response format sends the data on prefill_forms_state
  • Update to use the new account_id field instead of external_account_id on the response from the session service
  • Added support for the new /v1/prefill_forms endpoint

Completes CON-704
