…ss While Scrolling. This fixes helps those who have difficulties touching two fingers to the touchpad at the same time scroll without cursor movement. This fix also makes settings of "Lines to Scroll Each Time" lower than 3 usable. This fix is not a perfect fix for cursor movement while scrolling. I rate it as a 70-80% fix, however. I have found a better fix than this; however, it would require the ability to check finger width to keep from breaking palm rejection. This current fix has no regressions in my testing.
