PR #25 added a daily agentic workflow (.github/workflows/upstream-sync.md) that automatically discovers upstream github/copilot-sdk changes, ports them to Clojure idioms, and opens draft PRs for review. PRs #26 and #28 were documentation/CHANGELOG-only or internal implementation changes. PR #25 introduced a new automated workflow that changes the upstream sync process — AGENTS.md is the appropriate place to document this for contributors and agents.
