I'm 28 years old, from São Paulo and Beni's father.

With more than six years of experience as a software engineer, I currently work as coordinator of 7 development teams at Mobiauto. My goal is to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and excellence throughout the planning and production flow. In addition, I am responsible for defining goals and strategies to reach them, selecting, mentoring and developing people, and contributing to the definition of products.

I have extensive experience in software architecture and quality, as well as a solid understanding of integrated processes and project and people management. I am passionate about being in a position to make strategic decisions, aligning goals with a long-term vision.

My technical expertise spans a variety of technologies that encompass planning, management, development, automation pipelines, monitoring, observability and quality.
