Beta Version Release

About

This release marked the abstraction of Serialize to its own package named SeCo, and now Redistr requires SeCo as an dependency. This way it is much easier to upgrade and maintain both libraries. Any and all recommendations, suggestions, feature requests and bug reports are welcome :-)
