Remove eclipse Project Files #67

A whole bunch of eclipse project files have recently been committed by @peterli-r3.

There are also binary files such as class files checked in as well.

This is bad practice and they should be removed and the .gitignore updated.

FYI: This is a side effect of using VSCode.
