- Python 3.9+
- Docker and Docker Compose
- PostgreSQL
- OpenAI API Key (obtain from https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys)
- Clone the repository:

- Install dependencies:
pip install -r requirements.txt
- Set up the database:
docker-compose up -d database alembic upgrade head
