Applying and learning fast convolutions in tensorflow, to be applied on various input 2D fields or images. Code allows user to import or define periodic convolutional kernals and Gabor functions of the form Acos(w1x)cos(w2y)*e^(x^2/sig1^2 + y^2/sig2^2).
