- adding new translations/changing some of them (most of them for Appeals & Reports, one is for searching in rank system) - translating a lot of missing phrases in FR, ES and DE - adding some missing phrases into CZ, but waiting for @DeadSwimek for a some more

missing "IP" and "Your IP", but maybe its needed to remove. most of players are sharing only SteamID
