I took the $ref lookup logic from the existing description property getter and moved it out into a reusable function, and then used that also in the title property getter.

(Note: Previously, a lot of properties were considered not having a title since references weren't followed, and in many cases this meant the generation code would fall back to using the description. So the diff in the generated examples is quite big I'm afraid. But it should be correct I think.)
