Teams update

Players can now join either the Green or Blue team and fight alongside friends!

Minor Feature Additions/Fixes

Implemented the Shovel. Reworked reloading and added manual reloading. Reworked placement of blocks to have a cooldown. Reworked all collision to be AABB and to be smoother in general. Added an aiming guide for local player.

Basic Deathmatch Gameplay

Almost all of the original combat designs have been implemented. The game is current a endless deathmatch game with fully networked building and shooting.
