[Story] Integration with Red Hat Insights for Red Hat customers

Describe the feature

In our downstream Red Hat builds of Cryostat, we would like to integrate with Red Hat Insights to allow Red Hat customers using the Cryostat Agent to automatically configure collection with the Insights Java Agent as well.

There will be no change to community versions of Cryostat, as this integration is only possible for Red Hat customers.
