Patch file for qt 6.8.3

How to apply patch:

Tortoise git:
Open .path file -> File -> Apply Patch -> Select 'qt-everywhere-src-6.8.3' extracted folder -> Patch all items

Git from cmd line:

cd qt-everywhere-src-6.8.3
git apply --whitespace=nowarn --unsafe-paths qt_6.8.3_win8.1.patch


          Добавил патч для qt 6.8.3
