Further to this #8917 issue, in an attempt to get DuckDB running with Motherduck in combination with this PR
Unfortunately I was unable to test this locally, the dev container for which there are instructions actually already contains the added ca-certificates, any help on confirming if this actually fixes #8917 would be great 🙏
