EmergencyStripper

Pulsing colors on led strip, going from red to green, depending on the state of the integration test. This currently uses the stagger http endpoint.

Features

• Warns (blue) if no data has been recieved for a while
• Tunes smoothly between red and green as reported error rate goes up
