Update diffusers reference to be >=0.24.0. Working on combining streamdiffusion with things like SAM2 needs a higher diffusers version.

Another variant of the fix is #184 . The difference between the two is that this other variation has a conservative / bounded range (in case there is concern about a future version of diffusers breaking something) |
