The purpose of this Vim configuration is to bring IDE functionality to Vim.

But why not an IDE like PHPStorm you ask??

Have you driven an SUV? Sure it rides nice and has lots of features you like, but man that gas mileage. That's what an IDE is like. Lots of features but you better be sporting the latest greatest computer to get it running snappy.

Not so with Vim. It runs fast fast fast and with this Vim configuration gives you all the features of an IDE.
