Эта программа всё же не отвечает требованию:
Напишите программу, выписывающую размен считанного с консоли числа, если таковой возможен.
Ну и стоит в таком случае учесть и длина отчества(если нет, то 19), если будете делать ввод ФИО с консоли, если только Ваши инициалы, то можно и не делать.
