Monarco HAT home assistant integration

This integration adds Home Assistant support for the monarco HAT.

Currently supported devices:

• Lunos e2/ego fans via 0-10V analog outputs

Installation

Simply install via hacs or custom_components and your thermostat should be automatically discovered.

• configuration/options UI improvements and error checking
• test/fully implement SDC support in monarco_hat
  • implement setting Watchdog Timeout SDC
