JSONL, both line number of rule-start and line number of the issue start are recorded.Additionally, I extended the testing a decent amount, including copying over some current
.yamlfiles as test-fixtures, testing the rich output, and testing the CLI call by running it in a new subprocess.by accident, this PR at first included some changes in the Rust files that I reverted.
