Universal recipe category draft

This is a draft for an API that can help modders create recipes that are easier to assign to machines.

The API creates a recipe category out of all of the specified machines, then registers them to said machines as something they can craft. The recipe's own category also gets overridden to this new category.

This is strictly a draft, there are a lot of edge cases like smelting and assembling recipes that need to be ironed out before it can work.
