New printing page

This release includes a simple page which allows you to enter a printer IP address and ZPL code that can be sent to that printer. This makes testing and one-off prints easy.

This release adds a message from the extension to the web page after page load. This enables the web page to be aware of the extension and adjust its functionality accordingly (eg. displaying a print button).
