Fixed taxi light switch on/off

• Center fuel pumps: if fuel in center tank is at least 453 kg, the fuel switch will also turn the center fuel pumps on.
• Improvement for runway turnoff lights:
  • The taxi light switch will turn also the turnoff lights on, if the aircraft is on the ground and the visibility is low or hours of darkness
  • The taxi light switch turns off the runway turnoff lights
  • The landing light switch will turn the runway turnoff lights only if the aircraft is on the air (for descent phase)
