HomeEase: A Fin-Tech MVP for Property Purchasing

Overview

HomeEase is a Fin-Tech platform designed to streamline property purchasing for Chinese residents in Europe. This project includes features such as real-time currency exchange rate and mortgage rate display, predictive analytics for future rates, and a Dutch mortgage calculator.

Data and Code

All data and code used for this MVP are included in this repository:

• data/ directory contains the datasets used for currency exchange rate and mortgage rate predictions.
• notebooks/ directory contains the Jupyter notebook with the code (Code_Fintech_assignment.ipynb).
