GUI fixed on Windows and exceptions are now reported to the user.

• Fixed GUI not showing until resize on Windows
• Error message label shows messages of exceptions to the user

Basic viewing/encoding tool for .dan files

Works but will break if given a wrong path. Also no progress bars or confirmation on anything happening
