AJAX Chat and Private Channels

There are 3 ways to have a private conversation with another user.

The simplest way is click send a 'Send Private Message' from the 'users' menu.

The next simplest way is to click 'Open a Private Channel' from the 'users' menu. This private channel marks all messages as private to whom you opened the channel. The will remain so until you click 'Close Private Channel'.

The last way is to enter your private channel, click 'List Online Users' from the 'users' menu, then click the username to invite, on the expanded menu, click 'invite'. The use then has to click the link they are provided in a private message to enter your channel. This method also allows for inviting multiple users to your private channel. Be sure to uninvite any user when you wish to revoke their invitation to you private channel.
